Just for today, I will….BE GRATEFUL
Amazing how often we take family and friends for granted and ourselves as well. We get so wrapped up in a daily routine that we tend to forget to acknowledge and thank those around us who are supportive, loving and caring of our needs.
For the most part I was practicing being grateful but recently I had experienced a highly emotional and bleak environment for many weeks.I went to my Sacred Space in the desert and re-evaluated our situation.
When the lines of communication were finally opened to the Universe, I came to realize that we were both taking each other for granted and not vocalizing gratitude.
Today we have made it a point to help and communicate better with each other. Having made this transition, we both shifted our emotional energy and the scales were no longer lopsided but in harmony and re-balanced.What a transformation in our marriage!!
AS PART OF MY DAILY THANKS TO MOTHER EARTH, I AM GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND PETS IN MY LIFE.
Just for today I will honor my own healing...this principle touched me this past week and weekend as I move through trying and difficult times in my professional life. I have experienced the toll that it has taken on me physically and emotionally. Making needed space to connect with the angels and source for guidance and healing is so important. Making needed space to go within and re-establish strength at my inner most core and obtain a sense of true peace I want and need. I need to honor that need to care for my body mind and soul.
I'm happy to be meeting Chamuel, what a friend to have around ( : I felt quite held in grace indeed today when I had been calling on Chamuel and doing his mudra and then had an encounter with someone who wanted to put their upset onto me. I saw it but didn't take it. Thank you Chamuel for holding me in your yellow golden light, and for holding my son in it too. We are safe and free. A question...With the mudra, is it a good idea to keep repeating it and speaking the mantra at the same time? I didn't take the Angel Reiki level 1 course, so this is new to me. My Level 1 course was Angelic Reiki here in NZ. Really excited about learning about the specific Angels and getting to know them more!
Welcome Tara! Glad you are getting acquainted with Chamuel-he is such a wonderful being of Light. To answer your question, when you first start out I would recommend doing the mudra once with intention and then saying the mantra right after. You aren't going to disrupt the energy if you repeat the mudra or mantra multiple times, but in the beginning, start with one of each so you can focus on tuning into where Spirit is guiding your hands for a session. Much Love, Diana Dorell
