I love this mantra and defintely know that AA Uriel helps us lift and release our stuff. I always feel great by the time we get to the end of the mantra.

We carry our emotions in a myriad of ways and during our daily lives and routines we need to regroup our spirit from the events of the day so this mantra is especially helpful in that it like many external toxins in our immediate envrionment, the toxins that our vessal carries can get heavier with each passing day. The keywords of "unwanted" and "toxicity" are powerful words and in saying this mantra you really do feel like your emotional balloon has been pierced and poisons are expelled. Thank you AA Uriel and Diana.

I am really greatful for this one. Earlier this week I thought, 'I have got to get rid of this anger'. I recognize it is what will hold me back. This is, I believe, the best thing that will work.
