 I feel as energized as I did back in high school!
AR has done wonders in my life. I was sick with either a cold/flu/allergies this past weekend. So I took care of myself by staying in all weekend, drank necessary meds and performed AR 3 times per day; then, I performed my AR Monday & again last night. I feel so much lighter, with a huge burden lifted off my chest & I feel so energized as if I were back in high school. I feel a loving push to move forward, welcome changes & start a new chapter in my life.
